How to return products and mark orders as completed

Returning products and marking bookings as completed is super simple in Rentle and only a button click. When your customers return products, the most important task is the post-check of the equipment, which happens outside of Rentle.

Once you have checked the equipment and everything is in good condition, you can mark the booking as returned. Go to the bookings page, and under the Active tab, select the order you want to mark as completed.

If some of your equipment is lost or returned broken, you have to charge a part or the whole security deposit before you click Return. Once you click Return, the deposit is automatically released, and the action can not be undone.

After you have clicked Return, the order moves to the Completed section.
