FAQ - How do I retry an unsuccessful payment of one of my Rentle invoices
I have a Rentle invoice with a failed status. How do I retry the payment for the invoice?
- From your account settings open your Plan & Billing settings
- Scroll down to the Invoices section.
- You can see all your Rentle invoices listed here and any failed invoice will have a Failed status.
- To retry the payment of a failed invoice, click on the three dot menu on the invoice row.
- Then click on Charge now.
- If the payment fails please ensure you have sufficient funds on your account or update your payment card by scrolling up the Payment cards section and click Add.
- Now retry paying the failed invoice.
