How to use Twice in your desired language

Here is how to change your Twice language to any of our available languages.

In your Twice Admin App navigate to your Account > Languages to change your main language as well as enable additional languages.

Changing your main language

Your main language indicates the language you create your content in and can be set to any of the six languages the Twice Admin App is available in (Czech, English, Estonian, Finnish, German, Spanish). If you don't have any additional languages enabled, your main language will automatically be used in the Twice Admin App as well as your sales channels.

Enabling additional languages

  1. From your Twice admin, go to Account > Languages.
  2. Click manage languages
  3. Select the desired language(s)
  4. Click save

Changing your user language

Whit multiple languages enabled, your team members / users can change the display language of their Twice Admin App individually.

  1. From your Twice Admin App, navigate to Account > Profile
  2. On the Preferences card, select the account language drop-down menu and choose the language of your choice.
