Defining minimum notice for product orders

How to set a minimum notice period for orders placed in online store

Define a time, when orders for a product must be placed the latest. This is great if you need a little extra time before customers arrive or want to prevent last minute bookings.

Here is how to set up minimum notice:

  1. In your Twice Admin App, navigate to Catalog > Products > [select the product you want to edit] > Settings
  2. Scroll down to the section Advanced Settings
  3. Define the minimum notice under the title Reservations must be made latest
  4. Remember to save your changes

Note: A minimum notice can also be defined in the category settings. Twice will always abide by the more restrictive period, unless the product is ordered with a delivery, in which case only the delivery notice will be applied.
