Is there a setup fee?

No. None of our plans include setup fees.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. You can get going with Twice Free, our forever free plan. When you are ready, you can upgrade to a paid plan and enter your payment details

Can I cancel my account at anytime?

Yes. If you ever decide that Twice isn't the best access commerce platform for your business, simply cancel your account by reaching out to our customer support via the chat.

How long are your contracts?

All Twice plans are month to month unless you sign up for a discounted annual plan.

Do you offer any discounted plans?

Yes. Subscribing to annual payments are 25% discounted.

Can I change my plan later on?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime.

Why is my plan different from the info on your pricing page?

On our pricing page at twicecommerce.com/pricing you can find our currently offered pricing plans. If you've signed up before 19th December 2023 your plan might be different.

You can find your pricing plan name from your Account > Plan & Billing. Feel free to reach out to us if you want to discuss your legacy plan.
