Is there a setup fee? 

No. None of our plans include setup fees.

Do I need a credit card to sign up? 

No. You can get going with Rentle Free, our forever free plan. When you are ready, you can upgrade to a paid plan and enter your payment details

Can I cancel my account at anytime? 

Yes. If you ever decide that Rentle isn't the best access commerce platform for your business, simply cancel your account by reaching out to our customer support via the chat. 

How long are your contracts? 

All Rentle plans are month to month unless you sign up for an annual or biennial plan. 

Do you offer any discounted plans? 

Yes. For all of our plans we apply an automatic 50% discount to your subscription for every month you made less than $1,000 in sales through Rentle.

Can I change my plan later on?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime. 

Is Rentle PCI Compliant or PCI Certified? 

Yes. Rentle is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This means all your data and customer information is ultra secure.
