Twice does not currently have a built-in calendar. If you would like to use an external calendar service together with Twice you can use our Webhooks to connect to your preferred calendar application. For example Zapier and Google Calendar. Read our help article about using Twice with Zapier

Can I charge for late returns with Twice

You can charge your customer for a late return by using Twice Payments and by capturing a deposit from your customers. Incase of a late return you are able to charge your customer from the captured deposit.

What does the error "Code is not in the inventory" mean?

When assigning an article ID, the error "Code is not in the inventory" is displayed.

This error does not necessarily mean the article is not in your inventory at all - it indicates that the assigned article ID does does not belong to the product's inventory connection.

This error occurs often when assigning articles via barcode scanners. Without barcode scanners any article ID can be assigned by entering it manually in the ID field and pressing enter.

What does the error code "Product code is not for rent" mean?

The assigned article is not defined to be for rent. This happens, when the article is defined as a sales article in the inventory.
