Embedding the online store to your website

How to use the iframe to embed Rentle online store to your website

Embedding the online shop iframe to your website removes the additional step of directing a customer to make the booking on a separate website hosted by Rentle. For consumers, being able to make bookings under one website domain adds clarity and, in general, makes the online shopping experience more coherent with your brand.

The iframe is a piece of HTML code that you add to the section of your website where you want the online shop to appear. The specific instructions, how, and where on the page to paste the iframe code, depends on the content management system (CMS) that you use. Links to the documentation of the most used CMS can be found at the bottom of the article.

If you know where to add the iframe code, embedding is easy. Go to the Settings > Channels -tab. Under the Online store -section copy the short piece of code and paste it to the right place in the HTML editor of your website.

Note: if your website has multiple language versions, remember to change the Embed language for each language version.

Embed view starting from a specific product view

You can also embed a specific product view.

To get the right code snippet, go to the Products > [the product page you want to embed] > Click "More" in the top right corner > Click "Share".

Copy the code snippet and paste it to the right page on your website.
