How to create an imprint page and what information to include
Many European Union countries require commercial websites to create an imprint which which displays business information. Use this guide to learn how to create an imprint page, and what content you should include.

How to create an imprint page
There are two options for you to create an imprint page. You can either use your Twice online store's about page or create a separate imprint page to your existing website and embed your Twice online store to this website.
How to use your About page as your imprint page:
- In your Twice Admin App open your customizer via Settings > Online Store and select About on the top left dropdown menu.
- Click +add section and create a text content by clicking +add content
- Check the What information to include section below for tips on what to include for your imprint page.
- Remember to save and publish your settings
Create a separate imprint page to your existing website:
- Create a separate imprint page with your website builder of choice and add a link to it for example to the footer of your site.
- Embed your Twice Online store to this site.

What information to include.
The imprint should always include:
- Business name
- Business address
- Email address
- Phone number
Add the following information if it applies to your business:
- The name of your supervising authority, if your business requires a license
- Your license numbers or trade registry numbers
- In the case of a legal person (corporate entity), you should state the legal form (full legal corporate name) and the authorised representative(s) of the business
- Your VAT number
- Your company registration number (or equivalent state-issued number)
- The professional bodies of which you are a member
- The names of the company’s directors
