      Changing your password

      How you change and choose a secure password in Twice

      To change your password, go to https://admin.twicecommerce.com/login, click Forgot your password and enter your email address. A link to change your password will be emailed to you.

      Choosing a secure password

      here are no requirements when creating a password for your Twice account, but we strongly encourage you to use a secure password. You can use the following criteria to create a secure password

      • It is a unique password, that is not used in any other service
      • It is minimum of 12 characters long
      • It contains numbers
      • It contains upper- and lowercase characters
      • It contains special characters
