How to add your own comments and notes to a booking
Leaving notes and attaching them directly to the booking they are related to is a handy way to keep your team and colleagues updated about anything they should know if they will serve the customer next.
To add notes to bookings, go to the bookings page and select the booking you want to add a note.
You can add a note for the whole booking (the talk bubble on the top right corner) or individual shoppers in the booking. There are many possible use cases for the comment feature. You can, for example, leave notes about the equipment in the booking, the customer's specific wishes, and so on. Basically, your imagination is the limit.
Do not add any sensitive customer information, such as social security number or credit card details, as a note to any booking. It is not secure and violates the GDPR laws.
